We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Supporting Oracle Inventory, Receiving, Receipt Accounting, Inventory Visibility in Oracle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L1 support for organization and Location Configuration
- Manage Oracle Receiving and recipient accounting issues
- Deliver Month-end / Quarter-End support services
- Triage and prioritize incoming Oracle inventory management tickets
- Perform initial assessment of reported system issues
- Route complex problems to appropriate support team and on-calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle inventory issues or route to appropriate teams
- Document solutions and knowledge base articles
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance
- Support critical period-end processing activities
- Ensure inventory visibility and accuracy within Oracle systems
- Implement best practices for inventory management within Oracle
Requirements :
5+ years' experience of Oracle inventory management modulesUnderstanding of receiving and recipient accounting processesExperience with organization and location configuration in Oracle5+ years of relevant experience on support or implementation projectsManual testing experience & ability to write test casesGood communication for an individual contributor roleLocation of work : Bangalore, Kodathi officeFamiliarity with month-end and quarter-end proceduresStrong problem analysis and prioritization skillsExperience with ticketing systems and incident managementExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure during critical business periodsQualifications :
