Looking for Immediate to 30days. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle Product Lifecycle Management module.

Job Description

• Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations, customisation management and support.
• Perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components.
• Deliver post-production support / hyper care service.
• Create custom reports using Oracle tools.
• Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues.
• Execute Agile data migration processes.
• Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations / testing.
• Analyse and prioritise support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customisation issues.
• Perform initial assessment and customisation component failures.
• Coordinate post-production support / Hypercare requests.
• Triage issues related to custom reports using Oracle tools.
• Manage incident tickets for Agile data migration challenges.
• Track and prioritise quarterly configuration and patch validations / testing requests.
