Job description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Oracle SCP (Supply Chain Planning) that covers Oracle Demand, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising for ATO, MTS & MTO production strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Support Oracle Demand Planning processes, including CTO forecasting and planning measure management.
Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data accuracy.
Support supply planning processes like MRP and constrained / unconstrained planning.
Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomes.
Lead end-to-end (E2E) Planning Integrated Business Cycles.
Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, and supply / demand reconciliation.
Execute quarterly patch testing and validations.
Receive, analyze, and prioritize support tickets related to Oracle Demand Planning processes.
Perform initial assessments of issues related to data collection from Fusion, internal, and external systems.
Triage failures and route to appropriate support teams or on-call engineers.
Document and categorize supply planning processes and issue types.
Identify severity and impact of problems related to supply planning, data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports.
Monitor and coordinate support for E2E planning integrated business cycles.
Manage incident tickets related to Oracle SCP support.
Track and prioritize quarterly patch testing needs.

Requirements :

5+ years of experience with Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising solutions.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies.

Relevant experience in support or implementation projects.

Manual testing experience and ability to write test cases.

Good communication skills for an individual contributor role.

Proficiency in data collection and integration between systems.

Strong knowledge of MRP and planning processes.

Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting.

Good understanding of integrated planning business cycles.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage quarterly patch testing processes.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Technical aptitude with data models, BIP, and system integration (e.g., REST APIs).

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
