Job descriptionManage team operations including hiring, mentoring, and KPI tracking. Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, CX, and Product. Lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives internally and externally. Act as the feedback conduit between customers and Rippling's IT product teams.
Key Deliverables :
- Lead and grow a high-performing IT Product Specialist team.
- Drive execution on IT product implementations to meet adoption and satisfaction KPIs.
- Optimize IT setup processes and implementation quality.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on launches and issue resolution.
