Telecallers

About the Role :

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele-Caller to join our Medical Devices sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to retailers, stockists, and distributors, promoting our range of medical devices, and generating business opportunities through outbound calls and online research.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to retailers, stockists, and distributors to introduce and promote medical device products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Maintain and update contact lists, customer information, and sales records.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Occasionally generate leads via Google or other online platforms to expand the customer base.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for order closures and client follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent after-call support.

Requirements : Experience :

1 to 3 years in Tele-calling / Inside Sales / Telesales (preferably in medical or healthcare products).
