Job Description – Senior Telecaller Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telecaller Executive to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, understanding requirements, nurturing leads, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers.
- Handle inbound queries, explain project details, and resolve customer doubts.
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and conversion targets.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Eligibility & Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales-related roles.Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English .Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.Comfortable working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in follow-ups.Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism in client interactions.(please share your CV at [HIDDEN TEXT])
