Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, communicating the benefits of our services, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on leads.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Ability to work independently and handle rejection
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is beneficial
