Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecalling Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, resolving customer queries, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves achieving daily and monthly call targets, customer follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Proficiency in local languages is beneficial
