Job Summary
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on HR Business Partner to lead all things people at EazyGrad. You'll work directly with the founder to hire, manage, and retain a high-performance team as we scale from 15 to 50+ people in the next 12 months.
You'll own everything from hiring and onboarding to performance, culture, and internal systems . This role starts with managing a lean 2-3 member HR team and grows into building full functions like TA, L&D, and HR Ops . If you've scaled teams before and want complete ownership to build things right this is for you.
