About Us :

Max Life Insurance is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a retainer basis. As an HRBP Retainer, you will provide strategic HR support to our leadership team and employees, helping drive business outcomes and foster a positive work culture.

Responsibilities :

Provide HR expertise and guidance to leadership and employees

Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives

Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts

Collaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes

Analyze HR data and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements :

Good years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Business Partnering

Basic Excel and computer knowledge.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
