Job descriptionCollaborate closely with engineering and technology teams to proactively identify and document invention disclosures Perform comprehensive novelty screenings and conduct in-depth patentability assessments Work cross-functionally with teams, including R&D, to analyse patents related to key initiatives and projects Review patent applications to ensure alignment with intellectual property objectives Conduct patent landscape analyses to identify emerging trends, evaluate competitor portfolios, and highlight innovation opportunities Provide support in patent prosecution, including responding to office actions Contribute actively to licensing initiatives Proficiency in prior art searches Infringement searches, Evidence of Use (EoU) assessments, Claim Charts and Mapping Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses Invalidity searches, etc Detail-oriented with ability to prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments Adaptable team player, committed to supporting collective organizational goals Result oriented with extreme ownership Engineering background mandatory, mechanical / electronics engineering preferred 7+ years of hands-on experience in intellectual property (IP)
