We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR advice and support to our Sales leaders. This role is pivotal in driving business transformation, cultivating leadership talent, and fostering a culture of 'Performance with Care.' The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner who can translate business objectives into effective people plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated HR support to a Sales Region / Business Unit.
- Leverage understanding of business and HR solutions to influence strategic people priorities, including sales productivity and talent retention .
- Coach leaders and managers to drive a culture of 'Performance with Care' and act as a trusted advisor on all people-related decisions.
- Build capabilities and succession / talent pipelines for the future, with a focus on increasing female representation and fostering internal growth.
- Position India as a talent exporter and facilitate movements for regional and global roles.
- Conduct Annual Strategic Workforce planning and collaborate with the TA COE (Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence) to build proactive talent pools.
- Drive key HR processes, including performance management ( MyC ), development ( MyD ), succession planning ( HPR ), and engagement ( GEOS ), as well as compensation and bonus administration.
- Prioritize employee wellbeing and promote a creative, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Proactively drive employee connection through regular field visits with the Sales workforce.
- Lead change and transformation initiatives, managing culture change and supporting the overall transformation journey.
- Collaborate seamlessly with HR Centers of Excellence to tailor HR solutions to specific business needs.
- Manage sensitive employee relations matters with care and efficiency.
Skills Required
An MBA in HR from a premier institute.At least 10+ years of experience in human resources, spanning both HR Generalist & COE roles.Proven experience managing HR for Sales teams in a multinational environment.An engaging personality with excellent communication and influencing skills.Strong stakeholder management skills .Skills Required
