Role Responsibilities :
- Manage warehouse manpower, including attendance, week-offs, leaves, and overtime.
- Oversee agencies for warehouse manpower and ensure shortlisting within a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Assist in candidate interviews, selection, onboarding, and document closure for new joiners.
- Collaborate with various manpower agencies and ensure 90% retention of warehouse staff.
