We are Hiring HR Performance Manager
Performance Oversight (50%, primary responsibility)
- Oversee day-to-day reporting on team and individual performance across the business
- Ensure timely identification and escalation of performance issues to Department Heads and Leadership
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through
- Serve as the final checkpoint for all performance-related escalations, patterns, and anomalies
Training & Development (25%)
Partner with department leaders to design training plans for new hires, document processes for future knowledge transfer, and assign performance improvement plans when neededProvide recommendations for coaching, training, or process improvements as evidenced by data and reporting provided by APIHold departments to implement and follow up on action plansGeneral HR Support (25%)
Serve as a floating HR partner for other team needs, as assignedProvide backup support to US and India HR Managers in the areas of employee relations, communication, and policy developmentRepresent HR in cross-functional projects that require a performance lensREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Business, or related field required (Master&aposs strongly preferred)8+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibility3+ years of US Staffing Industry experience3+ years of people management experience ; ability to delegate and hold others accountableAnalytical, detail-obsessed, trustworthy with confidential dataProven ability and strong desire to foster a culture of accountability, continuous performance improvement, and process discipline.Show more
