Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing to onboarding
- Act as a bridge between management and employees , addressing grievances, demands, and other HR-related issues
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, processes, and procedures aligned with the company's goals
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement activities
