Position Summary-
The role focuses on supporting and implementing the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring consistent execution of performance processes, and monitoring employee performance trends throughout the year. It involves close collaboration with Talent Management to integrate performance insights into development strategies, coordinating mid-year and year-end reviews, and driving quality assurance and process improvements. The position also contributes to performance-related training initiatives and requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and hold an MBA / PGDM from a premium B-School, with a proven ability to manage appraisal cycles and enhance performance management practices.
