We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee and streamline our recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of end-to-end hiring processes, and ensures a seamless experience for both candidates and new employees. You will work closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job ads and manage candidate applications across platforms.
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What we are looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.Salary
