Role profile :
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document supply chain financing requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for solution development
- Conduct detailed vendor evaluations, including assessing vendor capabilities, feasibility and compliance withtechnical and business standards
- Support the selection of technology vendors based on comprehensive evaluation criteria
- Lead the end to-end implementation of supply chain financing solutions, including system configuration,integration and testing
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance , procurement, and vendors to ensure smoothsolution deployment
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication throughout the rollout process
- Develop and deliver training and change management initiatives to ensure user adoption.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making improvements as required
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in supply chain finance.
Skills :
Supply chain finance, ERP systems, familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies
Experience :
7-10 yrs. of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years in supply chain financing or procurement solutions
