Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the technology and product vision for the Banking and Financial Services vertical.
• Develop and implement a robust technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, architects, and product managers.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
• Manage risks and dependencies to mitigate project failures.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Java, and SaaS.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive the development of innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues.
