As an Associate Manager / Manager – AI Delivery, you will be instrumental in delivering AI-led solutions that enhance contract management and intelligence for global enterprises. You will bridge client delivery, AI innovation, and strategic stakeholder management by ensuring high-quality outcomes, model validation, and process excellence. Your leadership will drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities across industries while helping Fortune 500 clients unlock the full value of Sirion's platform.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of AI-driven extraction, contract intelligence, and metadata services.
• Serve as the escalation point for delivery challenges, client concerns, and model interpretation issues, providing clear and effective resolutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions in contract lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with client expectations, SLAs, and industry benchmarks.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to achieve on-time, risk-mitigated delivery of AI initiatives.
• Build frameworks, governance models, and SOPs that scale AI solutions across clients, industries, and use cases.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate strategic business requirements into actionable AI solutions.
• Identify client needs, growth opportunities, and roadmap enhancements by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Lead presentations, workshops, and demos, offering thought leadership on AI applications in contract management.
• Collaborate with AI / ML teams to guide annotation priorities, validate model outputs, and influence taxonomy and ontology design.
• Establish delivery quality benchmarks and implement structured audit processes, including root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies, such as DORA and pharmacovigilance standards.
• Champion process automation, workflow optimization, and innovative methodologies to improve service delivery.
• Stay updated with AI trends, industry innovations, and competitor offerings to enhance accuracy, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
