Job Summary :
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical & Delivery Manager with 10-14 years of experience to lead the design, development, and end-to-end delivery ownership of enterprise-grade Salesforce projects. This dual-role position requires a deep technical background in Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud), hands-on architecture and coding experience, and a proven track record in project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
You will act as a technical leader, project owner, and delivery point-of-contact, ensuring that all Salesforce implementations meet functional, technical, quality, and timeline expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership :
- Architect scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales, Service, Experience (Community), and Health Cloud.
- Define and review system designs, solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
- Lead technical design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and coding standards.
- Build and maintain frameworks for asynchronous processing, governor limits handling, and component reusability.
- Guide teams in using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce DX.
Delivery Management :
Own project delivery for Salesforce implementations - from planning to deployment and hypercare.Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA to ensure timely delivery, scope adherence, and risk management.Drive resource planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and status reporting.Serve as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients for all delivery-related matters.Conduct sprint reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings with C-level stakeholders.Integration & Ecosystem Leadership :
Design and oversee integration with external systems like EHRs (Epic / Cerner), Claim.MD, Google Calendar, SFTP, and third-party APIs.Ensure robust, secure, and scalable integrations using REST / SOAP, Named Credentials, MuleSoft, or custom middleware.Team Leadership & Governance :
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of Salesforce developers, admins, and architects.Enforce DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, and source control practices across delivery teams.Implement quality gates, performance benchmarks, and release governance.Must-Have Qualifications :
10-14 years of IT experience with 8+ years on the Salesforce platform.Strong delivery management experience across end-to-end enterprise Salesforce projects.Hands-on expertise in :1. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud
2. Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events
3. Integration via REST, SOAP, and external APIs
Strong in system architecture, design patterns, data modeling, and application security.Experience managing multi-vendor teams, onshore-offshore delivery models, and agile / scrum delivery.Solid understanding of Health Cloud data model, HIPAA compliance, and PHI / PII protection strategies.Soft Skills :
