software solutions that meet and exceed the evolving needs of our customers. The Senior Product Manager will work cross-functionally with our teams and stakeholders to deliver products that not only meet market demands but also drive our industry forward.

Job Description :

• Product Strategy Development : Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the broader business goals and market opportunities.
• Leadership and Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering to drive product development from conception to launch.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
• Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product features and usability in response to their needs and challenges. Performance Monitoring : Oversee the product lifecycle, monitor performance, and make adjustments based on analytical findings and market feedback.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to keep them informed of progress and decisions on product development.
• Agile Leadership : Drive the Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Team Development : Mentor and develop a team of product managers and related staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
