About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of technology-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background combined with strategic product thinking and experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.
As a TPM, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, owning the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact features and Responsibilities :
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and product specifications.
- Act as a bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, prioritize features, and resolve technical challenges.
- Drive product development using Agile / Scrum methodologies; manage backlogs, sprints, and releases.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and iterate on features to ensure the product meets user expectations.
- Use analytics and data insights to inform product decisions, measure success, and improve the user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, release notes, and user guides.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a technical product role.
- Strong technical background can understand APIs, architecture, data models, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven success delivering SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based products.
- Experience with Agile product development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams and understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business language.
