Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of technology-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background combined with strategic product thinking and experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

As a TPM, you will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, owning the product lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact features and Responsibilities :

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and product specifications.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, prioritize features, and resolve technical challenges.
• Drive product development using Agile / Scrum methodologies; manage backlogs, sprints, and releases.
• Engage with customers, gather feedback, and iterate on features to ensure the product meets user expectations.
• Use analytics and data insights to inform product decisions, measure success, and improve the user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, release notes, and user guides.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a technical product role.
• Strong technical background can understand APIs, architecture, data models, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven success delivering SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-based products.
• Experience with Agile product development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams and understanding software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business language.
