Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader / Product Manager with a proven track record of 4+ years as a Team Lead and Product Manager in the stock market or IT / software industry.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of product strategy, development, and delivery while leading cross-functional teams.

This role requires a combination of strategic vision, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the product roadmap define vision, strategy, and execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams (development, design, and business stakeholders).
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between management and teams.
• Drive end-to-end application development from concept to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into product features and prioritize development tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality outputs, and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate team members for professional growth.
• Generate regular performance and progress reports for management.
• Manage escalations and proactively resolve challenges.
