About the Role
All our products and services are delivered through our app, and the Product Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. From D1, D7, W1, W2, W3, M1, M2, M3 etc, you will identify opportunities, design initiatives, and execute strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and monetization.
This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure sustained revenue growth and exceptional customer Revenue Growth Across Lifecycle : Own revenue KPIs across user cohorts (new users, early users, retained users) and design targeted initiatives for different time frames (D1, D7, W1, W2, W3, M1, M2, M3 etc).
- User Engagement & Retention : Drive strategies to improve engagement, repeat usage, and loyalty within the app.
- Conversion Optimization : Analyze funnel drop-offs, transaction behaviors, and user journeys to improve conversions and ARPU (average revenue per user).
- Growth Experiments : Ideate, run, and measure A / B tests and pilots to validate growth hypotheses across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
- Data-Driven Insights : Partner with analytics to monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to seamlessly implement growth initiatives.
- Customer-Centric Focus : Use customer insights and feedback to enhance product features and experiences that drive revenue.
- Market Awareness : Track competitor moves, industry best practices, and emerging Experience : 3-5 years in product growth, product management, or related roles within consumer-facing apps.
- Proven Growth Ownership : Demonstrated success in driving measurable app revenue, engagement, or retention.
- Data Savvy : Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
- Experimentation Mindset : Experience designing and running growth experiments (A / B testing, funnel optimization).
- Collaborative Leadership : Ability to partner across functions and align diverse teams toward growth outcomes.
