About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for key growth levers across our flagship investment platform.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic business acumen, deep analytical horsepower, and a customer-centric mindset to drive user acquisition, activation, and long-term Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision : Define the 12-18 month product strategy for core growth areas (e.g., onboarding, user incentives, referral programs), aligning it with company-wide business objectives (e.g., AUM growth, revenue).
- Customer & Market Insight : Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights via qualitative (interviews, usability tests) and quantitative (A / B testing, data analysis) methods to identify new growth opportunities.
- Roadmap Ownership : Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization, detailed user story writing, backlog prioritization, and feature rollout, leveraging Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Experimentation & Optimization : Develop, execute, and analyze product experiments (A / B tests) to optimize conversion funnels and feature adoption, with a strong focus on measurable KPIs (CAC, LTV, Retention Rate).
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Serve as the product evangelist, collaborating closely with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure successful, timely, and compliant product delivery.
- Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior product analysts on best practices for data-driven decision-making and product execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
