About the role : They are looking for a Product Manager who’s equal parts strategist, builder, and visionary—someone who wants to shape the future of AI in customer experience. In this role, you’ll lead the development of our clients Voice AI platform and the go-to-market for their agentic voice AI

This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one opportunity to define product strategy, scale infrastructure, and empower developers and businesses to build with AI capabilities.

Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and lead the roadmap for our Voice AI platform, aligning product initiatives with the company vision.
• Work with leadership to translate abstract ideas into product strategy and modular platform offerings.
• Stay ahead of trends in LLMs, agentic workflows, voice AI, and platform ecosystems.
