Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for filing and registering any documents including forms, returns, and others on behalf of the Company.
- Preparing Notices and Minutes of the Board and General meetings and ensuring follow-up actions.
- Managing all tasks related to Securities, including their transfer and transmission.
- Maintaining corporate records, statutory books, registers, and other secretarial records.
- Ensuring compliance for Secretarial Compliance Audit.
- Assisting in filing Annual Returns when necessary and handling other declarations, attestations, and certifications under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural aspects under various corporate laws and acts related to Securities and Exchange Board, Foreign Exchange, Consumer Protection, Environment, Labor, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Collaborations and Joint Ventures, Subsidiaries, and Competition.
- Attending to matters before the Company Law Board, SEBI, Registrar of Companies, Tax Tribunals, Consumer Forums, and other judicial bodies and tribunals.
- Handling investor grievances efficiently.
