JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the mandatory requirements outlined in the Companies Act, 2013 and overseeing adherence to all relevant legal provisions applicable to the company including the mandatory Secretarial Standards.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
Technical Skills : Updated knowledge on Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, FEMA, RBI guidelines and other applicable Corporate Law & Compliance including Secretarial Standards, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Filings & Documentation, Financial & Secretarial Reporting, Stakeholder Management and Technology & Digital Compliance.
Behavioral Skills : Leadership & Decision-Making, Attention to Detail, Ethical Integrity & Professionalism, Problem-Solving & Adaptability, Time Management & Multitasking, Strategic Thinking and Interpersonal & Team Collaboration contributing pro-actively to secretarial objective of achieving excellence.
Required Years of Experience : 18 to 20 years with minimum 10 years in listed company preferred
Required Qualification : Bcom, CS and LLB (preferred) – Rank holder or 1st attempt preferred
