Job Description :

This role is responsible for providing expert legal counsel within the assigned country or sub-region, managing moderate to high complexity legal projects, and ensuring compliance with evolving laws and regulations. It involves advising on commercial transactions, program reviews, drafting and negotiations, while concurrently handling multiple legal matters across diverse areas such as corporate affairs, antitrust, employment, real estate, pensions, company secretarial work, and post-acquisition M&A. The position requires conducting in-depth legal research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring legal and regulatory changes, maintaining accurate legal records, and preparing reports, memos, and presentations. Additionally, the role promotes legal awareness by leading training initiatives, resolving complex legal issues with sound judgment and creative solutions, and delivering strategic counsel and professional reports that support operational and business objectives.
