About the Role :
Weβre seeking a National Sales Head to drive key account sales and strategic growth for a leading retail and lifestyle brand. This is a high-impact leadership role managing major retail and e-commerce partners across India.
Key Responsibilities :
π Lead PAN-India key account operations with major retailers and online platforms (e.g., Shoppers Stop, Lifestyle, Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
π Develop and execute national sales strategy, annual business targets, and growth plans
π Drive top-line revenue and profitability (P&L ownership)
π Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations to finalize seasonal product ranges and business plans
π£ Strengthen brand visibility through innovative sales and marketing initiatives
π€ Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
π₯ Lead, mentor, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve performance goals
π¦ Oversee category performance across footwear, apparel, and accessories
Requirements :
β Graduate (mandatory) with MBA in Sales / Marketing / Retail preferred
β Minimum 12 years of experience in retail or fashion / lifestyle industry
β Proven track record in key account management, business development, and national sales leadership
β Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
β Proficiency in MS Office and sales planning tools
Preferred :
β Experience handling both modern trade and e-commerce accounts
β Exposure to brand building and category expansion initiatives
