Position Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished
Head of Sales & Client Experience
to lead our sales strategy and client engagement initiatives. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the professional services and IT staffing industry, with deep expertise in cultivating enterprise relationships and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Drive end-to-end sales strategy for Professional Services across Staffing, Permanent Placement, Managed Capacity, and Platform solutions
Own and exceed revenue targets for Enterprise and Corporate accounts, including Fortune 5000 clients and Indian Corporate houses
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines and emerging client segments
Lead business development initiatives to expand market share in IT services and technology staffing domains
Develop pricing strategies, deal structures, and commercial frameworks that maximize profitability while ensuring client value
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across client organizations
Design and implement client experience frameworks that drive retention, satisfaction, and wallet share expansion
Establish governance models for key accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution
Champion voice-of-customer initiatives to continuously enhance service quality and client engagement
Team Leadership & Development
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and account management team
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance
Implement sales enablement programs, training, and tools to enhance team capabilities
Set clear KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
Market & Industry Engagement
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the IT staffing and professional services space
Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events
Leverage industry insights to identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues
Required Qualifications
Experience
15-20 years
of progressive experience in B2B sales within the Professional Services and IT Staffing industry
Proven track record of selling
Staffing, Permanent Placement, Managed Capacity, and Platform solutions
to enterprise clients
Demonstrated success in engaging with
Fortune 5000 Enterprise clients
and
Indian Corporate houses
Experience working with leading staffing and professional services firms.
Managed Services
sales experience is highly desirable

Education
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
