Driving sales & marketing efforts in Capital Equipment Industry, preferably Pharmaceutical Machine segment. Working with Tablet Press or Capsule Filling Machine will be added advantage.Closing deals to achieve sales targets.Customer relationship management resulting in the highest level of client retention and business growth.Drive the development of sales & marketing strategies.Work closely with marketing and sales team to develop, establish, direct and implement strategies in expanding the company's customer base.Identifying potential clients and converting them into orders.Showcase company's products and services to present and potential clients.Monitor customer service activities for effective and efficient product line management.Prepare periodic progress reports and submit it to the management.Ensure the regional data accuracy with the company's sales management system.Active participation in brand establishment.Desired Candidate Profile :
- Exposure of International Marketing (Middle East or Latin American Market) will be preferred.
- Prior experience in selling Tablet compressor or Capsule filling is preferred.
- Ability and capability to understand the technicality of the product.
- Keep abreast with the latest trends.
- Should be organized, motivated, self-driven and quick learner.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
