Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calling :
- Initiate and manage outbound calls to dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.
Product Promotion :
Promote dermatology-related products and services effectively.Needs Assessment & Solution Offering :
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.CRM Management :
Update all customer interactions and lead details in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).Lead Follow-Up :
Follow up regularly with leads to progress them through the sales funnel.Target Achievement :
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Team Coordination :
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure unified sales efforts.Candidate Profile :
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical salesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPrior knowledge or experience in dermatology or medical sales is an advantageProficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or ZohoSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented approachAbility to work independently and within a teamSkills Required
