Role Overview
The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, visiting FBOs, and ensuring strategic UCO collection. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and setting up a robust logistics network for UCO collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule meetings with new clients (FBOs) for UCO collection.
- Conduct field visits to convert FBOs for UCO supply.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Support in setting up strategic logistics for UCO collection.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI & RUCO guidelines during collection.
Requirements
Education : Graduate (any stream).Experience : 0–2 years (freshers eligible, field internship / experience accepted).Mandatory : Own bike with valid license.Languages : Fluent English (preferred), Hindi & local regional language (compulsory).Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Documents Required : Aadhaar, DL, Bike papers.Selection Process
Round 1 : Telephonic / HRRound 2 : Final interview with ManagerCompensation & Benefits
Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000Allowance : Petrol at ₹3 / km (fixed reimbursement).Incentives : Currently none, may be introduced later.Training : 2 months (from office, covered within salary).Work Schedule : 6 days / week.Joining : Within 7–15 days preferred.Skills Required
