Role Overview

The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, visiting FBOs, and ensuring strategic UCO collection. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and setting up a robust logistics network for UCO collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and schedule meetings with new clients (FBOs) for UCO collection.
  • Conduct field visits to convert FBOs for UCO supply.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support in setting up strategic logistics for UCO collection.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI & RUCO guidelines during collection.

Requirements

  • Education : Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience : 0–2 years (freshers eligible, field internship / experience accepted).
  • Mandatory : Own bike with valid license.
  • Languages : Fluent English (preferred), Hindi & local regional language (compulsory).
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Documents Required : Aadhaar, DL, Bike papers.
  • Selection Process

  • Round 1 : Telephonic / HR
  • Round 2 : Final interview with Manager
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
  • Allowance : Petrol at ₹3 / km (fixed reimbursement).
  • Incentives : Currently none, may be introduced later.
  • Training : 2 months (from office, covered within salary).
  • Work Schedule : 6 days / week.
  • Joining : Within 7–15 days preferred.
