Training Program Development :
- Identify training needs and design comprehensive training plans and curricula.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Design and organize engaging and effective training sessions in collaboration with Sales Trainers, both in-person and online.
Training Management :
Collaborate with Sales Trainers to organize training sessions, ensuring participants are engaged and learning effectively.Monitor and track training progress, providing feedback to participants and management.Organize and manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and materials.Performance Evaluation and Improvement :
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.Collect and analyze data on sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Create & maintain training dashboardsCollaboration and Communication :
