Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop training materials, including instructional design, content development, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and performance.
- Provide ongoing support to employees through coaching sessions and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-1 year of experience in Training & Development or a related field.Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and LMS management.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.Skills Required
