Key Responsibilities :
- Route incoming customer inquiries to the appropriate Sales Executive promptly.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments and ensure timely product presentations by the sales team.
- Record and update meeting feedback in the CRM and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
- Assist in the preparation of sales documents including quotations, proposals, contracts, and invoices.
- Follow up with clients to support lead nurturing and sales closure either independently or with the Sales Manager s support.
- Process advance receipts and raise purchase orders post-payment confirmation.
- Coordinate with the operations team to monitor and resolve pending installation or delivery issues.
- Maintain updated records of all client interactions and follow-ups in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are updated and moved through the funnel efficiently.
- Prepare and circulate daily performance reports for the field sales team, including :
- Number of meetings completed
- Sales conversions
- Pending leads
- Funnel status updates
Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Required Skills :Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.Familiarity with sales tracking and order management systems is an advantage.Soft Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Analytical thinking for interpreting sales data and generating insights.Skills Required
