Job Description – Sales Coordinator (with Data Analytics Exposure)

About the Role :

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can not only manage order processing and client coordination but also support the business with MIS reporting, data analysis, and sales insights. The role requires a mix of sales operations + data analytics skills to enable smooth execution and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle order processing, quotations, and sales documentation.

Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analytics (Excel / Power BI / Tableau).

Track sales pipeline, monitor targets vs achievement, and generate insights for management.

Assist sales team with presentations, forecasts, and client reports.

Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and record keeping.

Skills Required :

5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting, data visualization (Power BI / Tableau preferred).

Good communication & client coordination skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and finance teams.

Prior experience in FMCG / Wine / Beverage Alcohol industry preferred.
