Job Title : Sales Coordinator Cum Tendering
Job Location – Malad, Mumbai
Experience : 2 – 5 Years
Summary of the profile :
Filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and providing necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for Principles, colleagues, and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information.
Skill sets required
- Fluent Communication in English & Hindi
- Ability to liaison with clients, colleagues, and the overseas vendors, is a large focus within the job.
- Tendering , Bid management
- Highly organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
- Due to the volume of communication that will be required with the client, and the overseas principal vendors, the sales management professional must possess excellent customer service skills and email drafting skills with proficiency in grammar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Power point presentation, MS Excel like Pivot table, V look up and other analytical tools
- Excellent in data compilation and analytics.
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant informationPreparing tender, Bid preparationManaging Government e-Marketplace (GeM portal)Preparing Quotations, BOMCoordinate with the overseas principal vendors to ensure that the PO is understood by themEnsure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materialRespond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requestedStore and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reportsHandle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelinessAssist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or eventsEnsure adherence to laws and policiesManage the budget for expenses such as marketing and travelPrepare MIS reports with regional breakup of various categories of sales done.Monitor Target Vs Sales figures in respective currency.
