Medanta is constantly growing and has also ventured in Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies.

Responsibilities :

• Talent Identification : Ability to identify High Potential (HiPo) talent and select the most effective methods which helps in developing and retaining talent.
• By using data, insights and talent tools (eg, predictive modelling, psychometrics, performance trends) for current and future talent for the organization.
• Talent groups : Identify different group of talent with-in the organization and use data in sighting to mobilize and create dashboard for the management for updates.
• Talent Pool : working knowledge to enhance diversity within and excess to internal & external talent pool to meet the future talent needs.
• External Talent Pipelines : Collaboration with talent acquisition team by sharing insights which will help the TA team to work with supplier and partner pipelines to improve organization need.
• Talent Development Program : Efficient in designing, diagnosing and developing specific organizational interventions, such as development bespoke programs to meet individual needs of the identified role holder.
• Talent & Workforce Planning : Should know how to measure the talent management approach on the organization workforce planning.
• Career Pathways : Able to create organization-wide career pathways which meet business needs.

Qualifications & Experience :

Work Days : 6 days from office.

Location : Gurgaon.
