Bid Specialist

We are hiring for BID MANAGER in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower Segment Company Name : Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd

Education : Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

Experience : 2+ years experience in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower

Key Accountabilities

Manage the end-to-end bid process.

Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunities

Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer

Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.

Track Tenders / RFPs for new bids / design competitions.

Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client / partners till bid submission.

Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes

Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid

Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till end

For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.

Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.

Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and tenders.

Requirements

Must have 2+ years exp in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower

Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals

Good knowledge of RFPs is required

Strong relationships with OEMs is preferred
