About the Role
As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in end-to-end bid management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, competitive, and compelling proposals that win major client deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RFP / RFI / RFQ process, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
- Collaborate with sales, CoE leaders, and SMEs to create tailored, winning proposals and presentations.
- Drive bid project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor junior team members on proposal writing and best practices.
- Conduct win / loss reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge repositories, proposal templates, and reusable content libraries.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in bid management or proposal development in IT Services.MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred).Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT solutions & pricing models (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Big Data, GenAI, RPA, Managed Services, Fixed Price, T&M, etc.).Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.Ability to manage high-value proposals ($2M+ deals).Preferred Skills
