We are hiring for BID MANAGER in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower Segment

Location : Noida, Sector 81, NSEZ

Education : Must have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

Experience : 2+ years' experience in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower

Key Accountabilities :

• Manage the end-to-end bid process.
• Responding to reactive and proactive bids / opportunities
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
• Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compiling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
• Track Tenders / RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
• Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents,follow-up with client / partners till bid submission.
• Prepare Pre-Bid Meeting Questionnaire and validate with the pre-bid minutes
• Compilation of the Technical and Financial Bid
• Process Tender Fee, EMD, and follow up till end
• For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
• Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for strategic tie-ups.
• Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and upcoming bids and Must have 2+ years exp in Bid, tender, RFP in Web Development, Digital Media Marketing and IT Manpower
• Prior experience in GeM and other government bid portals
• Good knowledge of RFPs is required
• Strong relationships with OEMs is preferred
