We’re Hiring : Power BI Lead – Managed Services

Work from home : Yes (May require travel out of India to client place based on project requirements)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Experience : 9+ years

At Namasys Analytics , we are looking for a technically strong Power BI Lead to manage our Managed Services engagement in enterprise reporting and analytics. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with program management responsibilities , ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement across BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of BI programs, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
  • Manage governance for reporting, data security, and compliance
  • Collaborate with CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment
  • Oversee Power BI architecture , SAP HANA , and related BI systems (BW / 4 HANA knowledge is a plus)
  • Mentor BI developers, data engineers, and analysts on best practices and technical excellence
  • Implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML / AI integration for reporting improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Program / Project Management
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Server , Power BI Service , and SAP HANA
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, BI solution architecture , and Row-Level Security (RLS)
  • Experience with DevOps, CI / CD, automation, and data governance
  • Prior experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent
  • Having knowledge of SAP BW / 4 HANA.
  • Exposure to Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric
