About the Role

We’re looking for confident and empathetic Telecallers to join our customer engagement team for Neobest Mattresses.

You’ll connect with potential and existing customers to ensure a smooth, helpful, and positive experience from enquiry to post-purchase support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for :
• Order confirmations (especially COD) and address verifications.
• Follow-ups on abandoned carts or incomplete checkouts.
• Gathering feedback and ensuring post-delivery satisfaction.
• Handle inbound calls related to product enquiries, offers, and warranty details.
• Help customers choose the right mattress by understanding their needs.
• Address customer concerns with patience, empathy, and clear communication.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM accurately.
• Achieve daily call and conversion targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Share insights and recurring feedback with the sales and operations teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
