Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Telecalling professional. The primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries, providing information about the organization's programs, and addressing queries. Additional tasks involve maintaining records of calls and updating the database, following up on pending issues, and supporting fundraising campaigns. The role requires excellent communication skills and an empathetic attitude to connect effectively with people.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and telecalling skills
• Ability to build rapport, engage with potential donors, and volunteer support
• Proficiency in maintaining call records and updating databases
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial
• Empathetic attitude and commitment to the mission of the charitable foundation
• Fluency in English and Gujarati is preferred
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
