Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for our medical insurance process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing their inquiries, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to medical insurance policies and claims processing.
  • Provide accurate information regarding coverage, benefits, and exclusions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Educate customers on the various medical insurance products and services offered.
  • Follow up on pending claims and provide updates to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
  • Basic understanding of medical insurance policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
