Hiring for customer service voice executive

Location : Malad

Qualifications : HSC / Grad freshers + 6 experience

Shift timing : US rotational shift

starts at 5 : 30pm goes upto 10am ( 9.5hrs)

5 Days Working 2 days off

Salary 26k and the max 42k ( it will be depending upon the Svar score it should be above 72)

the candidate will be getting one way pick or drop service from the company till home

Job description :

Providing accurate information to customers.

Descent English communication.

Willing to work in Voice customer service process.

BPO experience would be an added advantage.

Job role will be getting calls related to ongoing insurance plan or new insurance we will have to give them resolution accordingly.
