Job description
  • Handle customer service inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Communicate effectively in Marathi and Hindi with customers
  • Manage basic customer concerns with average English communication
  • Deliver quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Work in a rotational 9-hour shift between 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM
  • Eligibility Criteria :

    • HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory
    • Freshers are welcome to apply
    • Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
    • Basic proficiency in English
    • Work Details :

    • Full-time, on-site position
    • Rotational shift (any 9 hours between 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM)
